Every GRiP Exhaust Systems is designed with a strong emphasis on acoustics and performance. Each system utilizes a different combination of resonators, helmholtz, mufflers, and dual layered exhaust tips for a reduction in drone and unwanted noise while bringing out the best exhaust note possible.

Flex Pipe
We use flexible exhaust connecting pipes that are long-lasting made from T304 Stainless Steel. It includes weld cold collars with interlock liner, inner stainless steel bellows with outer steel braids. They are used to help absorb heat expansion, isolate noise, and reduce vibrations that cause premature cracking of manifolds and downpipes.

X-Pipe
Our X-Flow Chamber is a key component we use with our exhaust systems that will give you an increase in power and a more refined sound. It is specifically designed to increase the flow between all cylinders and balance any exhaust pressure and control sound waves creating a scavenging effect.

Piping and Material
All of our Exhaust Systems are constructed from T304 Stainless Steel. With wider piper for greater airflow, you can expect better performance and power from your car.

Resonator
The resonated exhaust chamber is an important part of the exhaust system in which we use to help tune the sound and maintain maximum power from engine to the rear mufflers without making it louder. Our resonators are designed with different sizes and styles that have been engineered to take the low and high frequency sound waves that enter inside the chamber to resonate and cancel each other out.

Flanges
Flanges are present on ARK Exhausts for easy install. Each flange is designed for good fitment on every vehicle out there.

Muffler
Whether we use mufflers packed with glass pack or steel wool, baffles, and chambers, our engineers have collected data according to each different types of engine specifications for us to indiviually test and select the best rear performance muffler design and style for sound and peak performance.

Helmholtz Chambers
Engineered reservoir tanks are specifically designed as a helmholtz resonant chamber to reduce in-cabin drone by canceling and eliminating specific sound frequencies. By adding these tanks, it may also increase airflow from intake to exhaust which results in more power.

Exhaust Tip
We offer different style exhaust tips in single and dual layered styles made from T304 stainless steel with different tip finishes (Burnt, Tecno, Polish). Our exhaust tips will have a longer life under high heat and will not fade or chip like chrome plated or mild steel tips. They will also have a better resistance from corrosion.
