Official Rules, Terms & Condition:

*This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook or TikTok. Participants release Instagram, TikTok, and ARK Performance from any responsibility or liability related to the contest.

To Enter:

1. No purchase necessary to enter.
2. Create a 15 second or more Video/Reel
3. U.S. residents only. Must be at least 18 years old to enter.
4. All entries must complete the entry form and submit their video from June 1 - July 15, 2026.
5. By entering, participants agree to these official rules and all applicable laws and regulations.

Content Requirements:

1. Video / Reel must be minimum length of 15 seconds.
2. Video / Reel must clearly showcase your ARK Performance product installed on the vehicle. (See Judging Criteria below)
3. Video submissions must be provided in high-resolution format. Accepted formats include vertical video (1080x1920 / 9:16 aspect ratio) or horizontal video (1920x1080 / 16:9 aspect ratio).
4. Original content only.

Rules:
1. Your video must be your original work, cannot violate third-party copyrights
(such as copyrighted muisc or footage), and cannot contain explicit, violent,
or defamatory material.
2.Vehicle must have a genuine ARK Performance product installed.
3. ARK Performance reserves the right to remove or reject any content deemed
inappropriate, offensive, unsafe, or damaging to the brand image.
4. Only one entry allowed per participant.
5. Participant must be following ARK Performance on Instagram.
6. Final Winners will be selected by public voting on Instagram.
7. Inappropriate or stolen content will be disqualified.
8. Winners are solely responsible for any and all federal, state, provincial,
local, or other applicable taxes, fees, and reporting requirements associated
with receiving or using contest prizes. ARK Performance is not responsible for
covering any tax obligations incurred by contest winners.

Safety & Conduct:

1. All content must be filmed safely and legally.
2. Dangerous, reckless, or illegal driving behavior including street racing, excessive speeding, or unsafe stunts will result in immediate disqualification.
3. ARK Performance reserves the right to remove or reject any content deemed inappropriate, offensive, unsafe, or damaging to the brand image.


Content Ownership & Usage:

1. Participants must own all rights to content submitted.
2. By entering, participants grant ARK Performance permission to repost, edit, publish, and use submitted content for marketing and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Copyright:

1. Participants must own all rights to submitted content.
2. By entering, participants grant ARK Performance permission and rights to repost, edit, publish and use submitted content for marketing & advertising purposes without additional compensation.
3. Entries containing copyrighted material that prevents reposting or promotional use may be disqualified.


Disqualification:

1. Stolen, reposted, misleading, or fraudulent content may be disqualified.
2. ARK Performance reserves the right to disqualify any participant violating contest rules or attempting to manipulate engagement or results.


Liability:

By participating in the ARK Performance Social Media Video Contest, entrants acknowledge and agree that participation is at their own risk. Participants assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, damages, vehicle damage, mechanical failure, traffic violations, accidents, losses, or claims that may occur as a result of creating, filming, submitting, or participating in contest-related content or activities.

Participants agree to comply with all local, state, and federal laws while creating content. Unsafe driving, street racing, reckless behavior, illegal activity, or filming in prohibited areas is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate disqualification.

By entering the contest, participants release and hold harmless ARK Performance, its owners, employees, affiliates, partners, sponsors, representatives, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, actions, or causes of action arising out of participation in the contest or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

Participants further acknowledge that any vehicle modifications shown or discussed in submitted content are performed at the owner's discretion and responsibility. ARK Performance encourages safe and lawful vehicle operation at all times.

1st Place: $1,000.00
2nd Place: $300.00
3rd Place: $200.00

How to win:

1. Complete our Submission Form & Submit Video from June 1 - July 15, 2026.
2. Round 1: All entries will be reviewed by ARK Performance and up to 6 videos will be selected for voting.
3. Round 2: ARK Performance will select and post up to six (6) finalist videos on July 20th across our Instagram account. Public voting will take place through “likes” on the posted videos. Winners will be determined based on the total number of “likes” received during the voting period.
4. Voting for Finalists will take place July 20 - July 24, 2026 @4:30PM PDT.
5. Winners will be announced July 27th.
6. Winners will be contacted through social media, email, or by phone.
7. Winners must respond within 72 hours or an alternate winner may be selected.
8. Winners are solely responsible for any and all federal, state, provincial, local, or other applicable taxes, fees, and reporting requirements associated with receiving or using contest prizes. ARK Performance is not responsible for covering any tax obligations incurred by contest winners.
9. Winners will be paid via Zelle or by company check.
