Refund policy
CANCELLATION / RESTOCKING FEE
All orders that are canceled prior to shipping is subject to a cancellation fee of 10% of the order total (please note that this fee is due to the payment processor of this website). Orders and items that are available, in stock will typically ship out within 24-48 hours of the order being received during regular business days.
If an order has been shipped out, any cancellations are subject to a cancellation and restocking fee of 25% of the grand total of the order.
Please be responsible with all purchases and pre-orders.
For any item Pre-Ordered, all sales are final. Once a pre-order has been placed, an incoming unit will be reserved and guaranteed for that order. Cancellations for any pre-orders will result in a 10% cancellation fee.
For all special orders, including Made to Order products we do not offer cancellations for a full refund. If you need to cancel the order, you will be charged a 25% cancellation fee.
RETURN POLICY
For purchases made via our online store www.arkperformance.com, third-party, and/or ARK reseller, we offer a 15-Day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that your received it, uninstalled, unused, and in its original packaging. For all returns you must receive a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from our returns department. Contact us by phone or email so we can help you with how to return your order.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES FOR PRODUCTS THAT HAVE BEEN USED OR SHOW SIGNS OF INSTALLATION. WHILE MISTAKES HAPPEN, IT IS THE BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO VERIFY THEY HAVE RECEIVED THE CORRECT ITEM BEFORE INSTALLATION. ARK PERFORMANCE WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LABOR, INSTALLATION, REMOVAL, STORAGE, TOWING, RENTAL, OR INSTALLATION FEES ASSOCIATED WITH THE PRODUCT, EVEN IF THE WRONG ITEM WAS SHIPPED.
FOR A NON-DEFECTIVE RETURN/EXCHANGE, ALL SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES AND ANY TAX/DUTY/VAT CUSTOM FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS & GUIDELINES
- Please contact us during our business hours within 15 days from the date you received your order. Please have your online order #, proof of purchase, year/make/model of your vehicle and your reason for return ready when you call or email us.
- Returns will be accepted if we made a mistake or error with your order. Returns will be accepted if your product has a manufacture defect. (For manufacture defect, see Warranty Terms & Conditions).
- For all non-defective returns the buyer is charged a 25% restocking fee based on the price value of the item purchased.
- For all non-defective returns, ALL shipping and handling charges and any tax/duty/VAT custom fees are non-refundable.
- All return items must be returned with the original packaging materials and box received. Be sure to add more packaging material if needed to ensure the safety and to reduce the risk of any damages during transit.
- All returns will be inspected for any signs of damages during transit. If the returned item has been received with damages we will charge a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the damages.
- If the product you return has been used, installed or show signs of installation, your return will not be accepted and we will not give you a refund. If you wish to keep your product you will be responsible for all shipping charges for us to return the product back to you.
- All returns and exchanges will require a RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). Please contact us during our business hours for instructions and to receive your RMA # for your return.
- Shipping must be done either FedEx or UPS
- The package must be insured with the full value of the item being returned with signature required.
- In the event that a package is lost or stolen, regardless of whether the tracking information indicates delivery, we cannot be held responsible. Any claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.
- Your RMA # is valid for 15 days only. We will not accept your return or exchange that have been shipped out for more than 15 days from the date you received your RMA #.
- All refunds will be processed once we receive and have inspected your return. Please allow 1-3 business days to process your refund. Please note, some banks or card institutions may take up to 5-12 business days to provide your refund for your funds to be available.
- To reduce the 25% restocking fee, you may be eligible for a store credit instead of a refund. Please speak with an ARK Performance representative for more info.

REFUND POLICY
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return/exchange, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow 1-3 business days to process your refund. Please remember, some banks or credit card companies may take up to 5-12 business days to process and post the refund.
SHIPPING & HANDLING POLICY
Orders within the continental United Sates (lower 48 states) we will select the safest and best standard shipping method via FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL or LTL Freight Trucking company.
Shipping outside of the lower 48 states e.g. Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, PO Box, APO/Military address please contact us for shipping and handling rates.
International Shipping outside of the United States is available. Please send an email to info@arkperformanceusa.com with your complete ship to address and include the item you wish to order. All prices and rates are based and calculated in USD.
All tax, custom, clearance, duty, tariff, or broker fees are not included for International orders. The buyer will be responsible for all applicable import fees. These fees and taxes are based on the buyer’s country import policy. Please contact your local import/customs authority for more information.
For items in-stock our goal is to ship out your order within 1-2 business days. For large items such as exterior or body kits that are in-stock we will ship your order within 2-5 business days.
Will-Call is available during our business hours for in-stock items. Please contact us to make an appointment to pick-up your order.
Installation is available for most of our products (e.g. Exhaust Systems, Lowering Springs, Exterior parts, etc.) Please contact us and speak with an ARK Sales specialist for availability and labor rates.
Orders which are REFUSED or RETURNED TO SENDER will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed in our Returns/Exchange Policies – which includes restocking, cancellation and other applicable fees.

- A signature for delivery may be required for items with a $100 or more value.

SHIPPING DAMAGE / NON-DELIVERY / LOSS CLAIMS
Here at ARK Performance we inspect each product for any damages prior to packaging and shipping your order. We know it is important that you receive your order without any damages during transit and we do our absolute best to make sure your item is packaged securely and carefully with proper materials. With every order we include insurance for each shipment for any reason your order is damaged or lost.
In the event your product arrives in poor handling condition (e.g. box is crushed, punctured holes, box is torn, etc.) please follow the steps listed below. If these steps are not followed, your shipment may be denied when filing a damage claim with the shipping carrier.
For all ARK Performance products, the buyer is responsible to check and inspect their order and report any damages or missing items immediately within 72 hours of receiving your order.
If you receive a shipment with poor handling condition and/or receive an item with damages:
- Contact us immediately within the 48 hours by phone or email.
- If the delivery of your order is in poor condition be sure to take photos of the packaging on how it was received before opening it. For exterior products make sure to inspect your item for any signs of cracks, scratches, and chips immediately. Otherwise, any claims for exterior parts after the 48 hours upon receipt will be denied.
- Take photos of the condition of the packaging and product damages. Photos will be required to start and process a claim or your claim will be denied with the shipping carrier used.
- Keep all original boxes and packaging materials, and do not throw away.
- ARK Performance will contact the shipping carrier and will file a claim or open a case for investigation in regards to your shipment.
- ARK Performance will provide further instructions once the claim or case has been submitted.
- Please note, that claims may take anywhere from 5-90 days for your claim to be approved or denied. The shipping carrier may request to pick-up your order for further inspection as part of their claim process.
- Replacement for your order can be provided if the product is available and in-stock, however a core charge, deposit, or a full purchase will be required if the claim is still in process and ongoing with the shipping carrier.
- Speak with an ARK Sales specialist and we will provide you with options to resolve your matter.
- If you would like a full-refund for your lost or damaged product, the claim must be completed and approved.
- A discount or store credit may be provided if you choose to keep your item based on the damage and condition received. Please speak with your ARK Performance sales specialist.
- Be patient, we believe in providing great and satisfactory customer service with quick responses and solutions to resolve your matter. In most cases it is the shipping carrier and their protocols and process that delay your claim or refund.
WARRANTY
ARK Performance Inc. offers a Limited Warranty to the original purchaser of all ARK products against defects in material and workmanship under normal use of the time period set below. The ARK product in question must be shipped back to ARK Performance at the expense of the customer to be inspected by ARK technicians. If it is determined to have a manufacturer defect and a valid claim is received by us within the Warranty Period, ARK Performance will provide repair, replacement part(s), or product (or if no longer available, a comparable product) to replace those which have proven defective and cover cost of the new product(s) to the customer. When a product is exchanged, any parts or products replaced under this Limited Warranty will become the property of ARK Performance. This warranty is nontransferable.

WARRANTY FOR EXHAUST SYSTEMS
All exhaust systems, downpipes, test pipes, and universal tips have a 1-year limited manufacture warranty from the date your item has been received. This warranty is available with a proof of purchase for the original buyer or from an authorized ARK Reseller. ARK Performance warrants all exhaust related parts to be free from defects in material and workmanship. This covers welding defects for resonator, muffler, piping, flanges, hangers, internal components, and exhaust tip.
When the product(s) is installed correctly and used properly for the proper make/model as instructed within the warranty period, if any defects in manufacturing are identified and approved ARK Performance will repair if possible. If we are unable to repair we will replace defective parts with new or reconditioned parts without charge (Please note: we may require a core charge that is refundable for replacement parts). Any modification or custom fabrication to the product will void your warranty. Please contact us during our business hours if you have any issues with your product purchased.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to return and ship any parts to ARK Performance.
ARK Performance will not be held liable or responsible for you or another party for any damages that result from the failure of this product. Our manufacture warranty does not cover any additional labor, storage, wages, rental car, service, or installation fees.
All ARK Performance products are designed to be installed and fitted with OEM factory parts. When used with other aftermarket parts we do not warranty or guarantee proper fitment, sound, and performance. For any fitment or installation issues, please contact us immediately. We will require photos, videos, and other special requests to troubleshoot and help you with our product as quickly as possible. All of our exhaust systems are handmade and since we do not know if your vehicle is using original factory parts, components, and hardware we may require you to make a few adjustments, use washers/spacers, or additional hardware during the installation to get your exhaust to fit properly. WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS:
- Changes in color for piping, muffler, and exhaust tip. Burnt Tips will and may fade over time.
- Any signs of modifications will void your warranty.
- Due to daily use and aging of the product such as scratches, dents, rust, corrosion, peeling, or corrosion/rust formed by snow melting agents/chemicals, sea water, or similar solvent due to weather, road hazards, or lack of maintenance and care. 304 stainless steel is a common and one of the highest grade that offers great resistance from corrosion and rust in the automotive industry. However 304 stainless steel is not rust free. Flanges, hangers, brackets, and piping may form rust from daily driving or from harsher wet driving road conditions.
- Any damages such as scrapes, dents, cracks, and rust caused by lowered vehicles
- Exhaust gaskets and hardware.
- Damages due to driver abuse, negligence, or auto collisions.
- There is no warranty for the sound of the exhaust. Such as being too quiet, not meeting their expectations, raspy, or too loud.
- Fitment and alignment issues based on installation or user error.
- ARK Performance will not be liable or responsible for any labor, installation, removal, storage, towing, rental and installation fees.

WARRANTY FOR EXTERIOR PARTS
All exterior products made with fiberglass, polyurethane, carbon fiber, and forged carbon requires professional installation. Minor adjustments and body work may be necessary and needed for the installation process. All parts should be test fitted before making any kind of modification (cutting, sanding, painting, body repair). All carbon fiber parts will have a sticker on the item with either a 7 digit, 8 digit, or 9 digit number. Please do not remove the sticker or lose track of the number on the sticker. This sticker is used to help identify the specific product to the correct order number, production batch, material, etc.
All exterior products are made by hand and note that each product will not look or be identical. Small cosmetic imperfections such as tiny pin holes, wavy weaves, tiny weave damage, small air pocket bubbles, and blemishes in the clear coat are inevitable, therefore it is NOT considered to be defective. If these issues are consistent and throughout the surface area of the entire product, your item may be covered under warranty if approved with photos and video. This also includes the fitment and installation for each product.
- The buyer and or installer is responsible to check for any signs of damage such as cracks, chips, bent, or broken pieces prior to any prep, paint or installation within 1-2 business days from the date the item has been received.
- A damage claim will be voided if notified more than the 1-2 business days from the date received.
- If you receive an item with any damages notify us immediately by email or by phone (see contact info) to begin a claim.
- A damage claim will be voided if notified more than the 1-2 business days from the date received.
- If the item received is damaged after inspection, you must keep all original packaging materials and box.
- Hood pins are required for your safety. ARK Performance will not be responsible or liable for any damages that occur to your product and/or vehicle caused by not using safe and proper hood pins.
- Exterior parts when installed with a gap more than 1/2" or have a lift with more than 1/4" will be covered under our manufacture warranty.
WARRANTY FOR QUALITY AND FITMENT
For all carbon and forged carbon items we offer a 6 month clear coat limited manufacture warranty.
Like car paint, slight fading and discoloration is natural over time. And if the clear coat changes color more than a full shade within 6 months of when the item has been received you will be covered under our manufacture warranty.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS:

This warranty applies only to products manufactured by or for ARK Performance. For non-ARK products, even if packaged or sold with the ARK products will not be covered by this warranty.
2. No Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty claim will be accepted for any damages incurred during transit. Please contact the carriers directly. Please refer to our shipping policy for more details.
3. This Limited Warranty does not include any flange gaskets / nuts / bolts (any consumable items that is designed to be replaced), any possible rusting, normal wear, tear, discoloration, dissatisfaction with the products' sound and appearance, or injury arising directly or indirectly from the use of the ARK product.
4. Damage(s) incurred in any misuse, abuse, accident, collision, installation, modification, flood, fire, earthquake, road hazard, any other means of improper care or maintenance will void this warranty.
5. For fitment or installation issues please contact us before installing the exhaust system, suspension system, body kit, etc. on the vehicle to be considered for warranty replacement. All ARK products are designed to fit with OEM factory parts and/or other ARK Performance parts. We can not guarantee proper fitment when used with other aftermarket brand parts. If the product has been installed, used, or show signs of being used, we will not accept a return or an exchange.
6. Warranty does not cover cost of removal, repair, installation, re-installation, shipping or other incidental labor fees. If the product is determined defective you may receive a replacement or store credit on approval.
7. Any signs of modifications or repairs of the original product, your warranty will be voided.
8. Any variations in color developed over time will not be covered by this warranty.
HOW TO CLAIM YOUR MANUFACTURE WARRANTY:
STEP 1:
If you believe that the product you received qualifies for the warranty provisions outlined above, please email or call us during our business hours "support@arkperformanceusa.com" with the following information:
- Purchase Information
- Where the Product was Purchased (i.e. www.amazon.com, www.arkperformance.com, etc…)
- Invoice / Order Number
- Date of Purchase
- Description of Issue (Please include Photos / Videos)
- A written description of the issue (include as much information as possible)
- A clear and visible photo or video of the faulty component
STEP 2:
Once the email is sent, please allow ARK Performance technicians 1-3 business days to review the information and to provide a response. More information may be requested to better identify the issue.
STEP 3:
If your warranty claim is approved, you will receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, and you will be provided with different options and detailed instructions. For all claims, ARK Performance reserves the right to repair, replace, or provide a small refund at the company's discretion.
- **Note: A core charge (deposit) is required for a replacement product. This core charge is fully or partially refundable based on the terms of warranty claim when approved.
