    Manufactured with the latest in Flow Forged technology for durability and strength. With higher tensile strength from the flow forging process, Albatross Flow Forged Wheels feature a strengthened micro grain structures.

Flow Forging Process

  • Step 1. Cast Wheel Face

    The face of the wheel is cast in high quality A356 Aluminum and set on a flow form drum.

  • Step 2. Pressure Forming

    The wheel is heated and begins to spin as the roller applies pressure to the wheel wall and helps to stretch and form the metal.

  • Step 3. Final Form

    The alloy grains begin to stretch out while creating a high strength microstructure.
