We appreciate your feedback and are glad to hear you are satisfied with the product itself. All of our items go through a quality control process before leaving our warehouse, and in this case, the damage occurred during transit, not during production or handling at our facility.

Regarding the replacement process and core charge, the $100 core deposit is a standard, fully refundable charge once the original part is returned, and is in place to ensure parts are sent back in a timely manner for proper processing.

We understand this situation has been frustrating and will continue to review our processes to ensure the best experience possible for our customers.
