MAP is strictly enforced, ARK must have the ADP MAP Policy Agreement signed and on file from the ADP in order to participate in this sale; violators will be exempt from any sale and promotional pricing, no exceptions will be made. We retain the right to cancel any PO that violates our MAP Policy.
